Managing Your Subscription Billing

To update your payment information for your device’s subscription, simply visit my.brickhousesecurity.com. This is a secure and easy way to manage your payment method for any of your BrickHouse Security subscriptions.

To get started, select "First Time Here."

Managing Your Subscription Billing

You will be directed to a page where you can set the password for your account. Enter the email address associated with your BrickHouse Security account and submit.

Check your email and follow the instructions to set the password for your account and log in.

How do I update my credit card?

Once logged in, select "Add a Credit Card" under the Payments section on the homepage.

You will then see a prompt where you can enter your new credit card information. Select "Make this my default card" to use this payment method for your subscription service.
